Caracas Venezuela<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Se trata de paciente de 38 a\u00f1os  fototipo II motorizado, con importante fotoda\u00f1o que presenta en dorso de manos y  antebrazos papulas que confluyen formando placas que le dan a la piel de la zona  un aspecto &quot;correoso&quot;.
