Venezuela<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Paciente femenino de 62 a\u00f1os de edad, campesina del interior del Estado Barinas\/Venezuela,\u00a0 quien consult\u00f3 por neoformaci\u00f3n, s\u00f3lida, mamelonada,\u00a0 pigmentada y sangrante, en punta nasal,\u00a0 con 18 meses de evoluci\u00f3n, la paciente lo relaciona con un peque\u00f1o traumatismo.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><strong>Biopsia<\/strong>: Basocelular s\u00f3lido pigmentado<\/p>\n<p>Procedimiento: anestesia troncular nasal e infiltrativa en la lesi\u00f3n,\u00a0 se extirp\u00f3 con margen oncol\u00f3gico (0,5 cm) y se corrigi\u00f3 el defecto con un colgajo de avance lateral medial proximal\u00a0 y luego se baja otro colgajo glabelar para cerrar el primer defecto.<\/p>\n<p>(Favor ver foto  cl\u00ednica y del
