Como foi sugerido por colegas desta impecavel lista Piel L, tentei pegar fotos do histopatologico, mas ainda nao consegui.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>De qualquer forma, havia prescrito para a paciente Ivermectina (60 mg, repetida com 3 semanas), e tacrolimus topico.
