Evoluciona satisfactoriamente.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>En Octubre de 2008, presenta lesi\u00f3n tumoral pediculada, color piel de 2 cm. de di\u00e1metro, localizada en regi\u00f3n intergl\u00fatea de crecimiento lento, renitente, discretamente indurada al tacto<strong> (Foto N\u00ba 1).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Con los Dxs. cl\u00ednicos de: a) Fibrolipoma; b) Fibrolipoma polipoide; c) Lipofibroma pediculado de Mehregan (1975); d) Fibroepitelioma de Pinkus, se procede a la resecci\u00f3n de la lesi\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s del ped\u00edculo. Se anexar\u00e1 la histopatolog\u00eda en el transcurso de la discusi\u00f3n. Evoluci\u00f3n satisfactoria.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/piel-l.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/\/2010\/02\/gp_colega2_1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-13428\" title=\"gp_colega2_1\" src=\"http:\/\/piel-l.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/\/2010\/02\/gp_colega2_1-300x226.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"226\" srcset=\"https:\/\/piel-l.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/02\/gp_colega2_1-300x226.jpg 300w, https:\/\/piel-l.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/02\/gp_colega2_1.jpg 421w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><br class=\"spacer_\" \/><\/p>\n<p>En Diciembre de 2009, presenta lesi\u00f3n discretamente verrugosa, eritemato-viol\u00e1cea de 1 cm. de di\u00e1metro en la regi\u00f3n occipital derecha de 6 m. de evoluci\u00f3n. Asintom\u00e1tica <strong>(Foto N\u00ba<\/strong> <strong>2)<\/strong>. Se extirpa quir\u00fargicamente la lesi\u00f3n bajo anestesia local\u00a0 y se env\u00eda la pieza para estudio histopatol\u00f3gico. El estudio histopatol\u00f3gico se anexar\u00e1 posteriormente.
