Fototipo IV. (Ver fotos cl\u00ednicas)<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Se toma biopsia para estudio histol\u00f3gico con los diagn\u00f3sticos cl\u00ednicos de Queratosis pilar vs foliculitis recidivante con hiperpigmentaci\u00f3n residual.<\/p>\n<p>La biopsia es reportada como hiperqueratosis laminar. Epitelio con acantosis leve y zonas de rectificaci\u00f3n. Invaginaci\u00f3n quistica del epitelio folicular formando depresi\u00f3n hacia la dermis papilar con queratina en su interior. Edema leve en la dermis papilar y media<\/p>\n<p>La paciente refiere que el maquillaje es insuficiente. Hemos utilizado Ac. retinoico al 0.05% en la noche y crema con Urea y ac.
