Hipertenso tratado con Enalapril y la combinaci\u00f3n amilorida+hidroclorotiazida.<\/p>\n<p>Con el diagn\u00f3stico cl\u00ednico de Xerosis cutis como manifestaci\u00f3n paraneopl\u00e1sica o Micosis fungoide epidermotropica se toman biopsias y se solicitan ex\u00e1menes de laboratorio y radiograf\u00eda de t\u00f3rax.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<div id='gallery-1' class='gallery galleryid-16309 Rx de torax dentro de limites normales.<\/p>\n<p>Biopsia tomada en dos oportunidades: Primera biopsia 3615: Dermatitis perivascular superficial espongiotica; hallazgos histologicos compatibles con erupci\u00f3n medicamentosa vs. Dermatitis por contacto\/eczematosa.
