j\u00f3venes<\/li>\n<li>P\u00e1pulas diminutas 1-2 mm, blanquecinas, superficie  brillante<\/li>\n<li>Etiolog\u00eda desconocida<\/li>\n<li>Algunos lo consideran como variante del liquen plano<\/li>\n<li>Antebrazos, pene, t\u00f3rax anterior, abdomen gl\u00fateos, regiones  acrales<\/li>\n<li>Infiltrado inflamatorio denso situado en una papila d\u00e9rmica ensanchada constituido por linfocitos, histiocitos y ocasionalmente  c\u00e9lulas gigantes tipo Langhans<\/li>\n<li>Auto limitante<\/li>\n<li>Dx. Dif:  liquen plano, liquen escrufuloso  hiperqueratosis folicular<\/li>\n<li>Tx: sintom\u00e1tico<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Masculino 15 a\u00f1os en tratamiento por imp\u00e9tigo vulgar.
