Armenia &ndash; Colombia<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Se trata de una ni\u00f1a de 13 a\u00f1os, quien hace 6 meses inicia con nodulo fluctuante doloroso en zona crural izq y posteriormente aparecieron 3 n\u00f3dulos lineales hacia pliegue inguinal y otro nuevo externo.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><br \/> La paciente no presenta ningun cambio de acne. La menarca fue hace 6 meses y los ciclos son regulares sin dolor. No tiene Antecedentes familiares de acne o hidradenitis.La he manejado con Doxiciclina desde hace 3 meses y infiltracion de los 2 nodulos iniciales, pero las lesiones continuan progresando.<\/p>\n<p>Quisiera solicitar opiniones sobre la mejor opcion terapeutica ante este caso de ACNE INVERSO en una ni\u00f1a.<\/p>\n<p>Muchisimas gracias<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Autor: Angela Seidel.
