Al examen fisico, se identifica a nivel&nbsp; de una de las caras laterales del introito una lesiones filiformes discretamente eritematosablanquecinas que miden entre 1 a 3 mm de di\u00e1metro mayor. Resto del examen es normal<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/piel-l.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/12\/188\/siladepa1.jpg\" title=\"siladepa1.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/piel-l.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/12\/188\/siladepa1.miniatura.jpg\" alt=\"siladepa1.jpg\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>El estudio histopatologico evidencio, una formaci\u00f3n papilomatosa con una marcada acantosis con cambios vacuolares a nivel del estrato intermedio y superior.
