El diagnostico clinico desde el inicio del cuadro y hasta el momento es el de Pioderma Gangrenoso por lo cual recibio un tratamiento en base a corticoides al cual no hay respuesta si no empeoramiento.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>En el ultimo mes el paciente empieza a tener multiples lesiones  papulocostrosas nivel de  pabell\u00f3n auricular, region premalar y torax.<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><a href=\"\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/03\/146\/siladepa2.jpg\" target=\"_blank\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/03\/146\/siladepa2p.jpg\" alt=\"caso\" width=\"200\" height=\"151\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Cual es su diagnostico?<\/p>\n<p>En la proxima edicion se colocaran las fotos histopatologicas de esta clinica <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>DR.
