Edad: 61 a\u00f1os. Natural y procedente de la localidad. Ocupaci\u00f3n: Ama de casa<\/p>\n<p>ANTECEDENTES FAMILIARES: NO CONTRIBUTORIOS&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>ANTECEDENTES PERSONALES: Hipertensa desde hace 22 a\u00f1os en tratamiento con enalapril y aspirina.&nbsp; ECV hace 5 a\u00f1os. Meningitis Bacteriana hace 3 a\u00f1os por lo que estuvo hospitalizada.<\/p>\n<p>ENFERMADAD ACTUAL:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;Inicia enfermadad actual durante hospitalizaci\u00f3n del 2005, cuando presenta lesiones ulceradas en Labios, que al curar dejan lesiones tipo n\u00f3dulos y placas no dolorosas en labio inferior que se exacerban con el sol y uso de labiales cosm\u00e9ticos.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--> <\/p>\n<p>IMPRESI\u00d3N DIAGN\u00d3STICA: &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Enfermedad granulomatosa de EAP<\/p>\n<p>EXAMENES DE LABORATORIOS:<\/p>\n<p>Hematolog\u00eda Completa, Qu\u00edmica sangu\u00ednea, TP-TPT , VDRL Y HIV &nbsp;( NORMALES) PPD : negativo<\/p>\n<p>Rx de T\u00f3rax: Normal<\/p>\n<p>l&nbsp; Biopsia de labios<\/p>\n<p>l&nbsp; Protector solar para labios<\/p>\n<p>DIAGN\u00d3STICO HISTOPATOL\u00d3GICO: 11-07-2007.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <strong>DERMATITIS DE INTERFASE VACUOLIZANTE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>LUPUS ERITEMATOSO<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>ERUPCION POLIMORFA A LA LUZ<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>DERMATITIS MEDICAMENTOSA<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp; En vista de estos hallazgos se toma nueva biopsia de lesiones en labios y solicitar Inmunofluorescencia e inmunohematol\u00f3gicos ambos negativos.<\/p>\n<p>DIAGN\u00d3STICO HISTOPATOL\u00d3GICO: 08-10-2007.<\/p>\n<p><strong>GRANULOMATOSIS OROFACIAL:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &#8211; QUEILITIS GRANULOMATOSA VS ENFERMEDAD DE CROHN <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>PENDIENTES: EVALUACI\u00d3N POR GASTROENTEROLOGIA Y OFTALMOLOGIA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/piel-l.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/12\/188\/diagnostico.swf\" target=\"_blank\">Clic aqu\u00ed para ver la iconograf\u00eda del caso<\/a> , una vez abierto, haga clic sobre la imagen para avanzar&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Presentado por: Valenzuela A, Dur\u00e1n Y, Ruiz M, Ortiz W, Ortega J, Vielma , Piquero- Mart\u00edn J, Oliver M, V\u00e1squez W.
