Antonio Guzm\u00e1n, Dulce Duarte<br \/> Asunci\u00f3n &#8211; Paraguay<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&mdash;<\/p>\n<p>Paciente&nbsp; de <strong>86 a\u00f1os <\/strong>de edad de sexo femenino de ocupaci\u00f3n QHD que procede de la ciudad de Nueva Italia.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>&mdash;&nbsp; <strong>Motivo de Consulta:<br \/> <em>DOLOR<\/em><\/strong><em><br \/> <\/em><strong><u>Antecedentes de la Enfermedad Actual:<br \/> <\/u><\/strong><u><br \/> <\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Su cuadro inicia hace <strong>un a\u00f1o y medio <\/strong>con crecimiento de masa tumoral en cavidad bucal.<\/li>\n<li>&mdash;Refiere hace 5 meses dolor a nivel de parte posterior de mand\u00edbula derecha<\/li>\n<li>&mdash;Usa pr\u00f3tesis total superior y parcial inferior hace <strong>4<\/strong> a\u00f1os.<\/li>\n<li>&mdash;Paciente padece hipertensi\u00f3n arterial y dislipidemia IV<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u><br \/> <\/u><\/p>\n<p>&mdash;<strong>Examen F\u00edsico<\/strong> <\/p>\n<p><strong>Apariencia General<\/strong>: En buen estado.<\/p>\n<p>Lesi\u00f3n<strong><u> <\/u><\/strong><strong><u>Lesi\u00f3n:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&mdash;&nbsp; <strong>Tumoraci\u00f3n de 2,5 cm por 1,3 cm de di\u00e1metro, de base alveolar, en mand\u00edbula del lado derecho a nivel del 1er molar, con hendidura central.
