N\u00e3o havia altera\u00e7\u00f5es maxilares\/ mandibulares. Pedi avalia\u00e7\u00f5es de imagem e endosc\u00f3picas visando excluir ou fazer o diagn\u00f3stico de S\u00edndrome de Gardner.
