Al examen fisico, se identifica a nivel&nbsp; de una de    las caras laterales del introito una lesiones filiformes discretamente    eritematosablanquecinas que miden entre 1 a 3 mm de di\u00e1metro mayor. Resto del    examen es normal&nbsp; <a href=\"http:\/\/piel-l.org\/\/?p=2112#more-2112\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">Ir a la presentaci\u00f3n en la edici\u00f3n 188 &raquo;<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p> <strong>La respuesta del caso es:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong><br \/> <\/strong>El caso presentado se    trata de una micropapulosis vesitibular labial, es una lesion de significacia    incierta, muchos dicen que se puede tratar de una analogo a la papulosis    perlada del pene y otros dicen que puede tratarse de una lesion relacionada    con el virus papiloma humano.
