Sardi B.<br \/> Dr.Oscar Reyes F.<br \/> SERVICIO DE DERMATOLOGIA DEL HOSPITAL UNIVERSITARIO DE CARACAS<\/p>\n<p> Paciente de 46 a\u00f1os de edad que nos fue referido por presentar un carcinoma espinocelular en el dorso nasal, la neoplasia perforaba la pared de la vertiente derecha de la pir\u00e1mide nasal insinu\u00e1ndose dentro de la fosa nasal.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/piel-l.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/03\/191\/carcinoma1.jpg\" title=\"carcinoma1.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/piel-l.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/03\/191\/carcinoma1.miniatura.jpg\" alt=\"carcinoma1.jpg\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p> Se resec\u00f3 ampliamente el tumor y el defecto se corrige mediante un colgajo axial de la frente.
