BALDUINO FANTINEL<\/strong><br \/> <strong>Assunto: metacril<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>S.K.K., 33 anos, com pai oriental, farmac&ecirc;utica, fez preenchimento com metacril em 2001 no l\u00e1bio e em 2005 come&ccedil;aram as altera&ccedil;&otilde;es de volume.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><a href=\"http:\/\/piel-l.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/03\/193\/skk-large.jpg\" title=\"skk-large.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/piel-l.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/03\/193\/skk-large.miniatura.jpg\" alt=\"skk-large.jpg\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>N&atilde;o retornou ao m\u00e9dico que o preenchimento e em exame recente com m\u00e9dico cl\u00ednico fez FAN (HEP 2) com o seguinte resultado -&gt;  N\u00facleo: Reagente<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Nucl\u00e9olo: Negativo<\/li>\n<li>Citoplasma: Neg.<\/li>\n<li>Ap. mit\u00f3tico: Neg.<\/li>\n<li>Placa Metaf\u00e1sica cromoss&ocirc;mica: Reagente<\/li>\n<li>Padr&atilde;o nuclear pontilhado fino denso &#8211; T\u00edtulo 1:1280<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Paciente quer, em princ\u00edpio, evitar cirurgia. Como casos desta intensidade atendi muito poucos e optei por cirurgia, pergunto se algum colega j\u00e1 teve algum resultado com outra resolu&ccedil;&atilde;o que n&atilde;o a cir\u00fargica ? <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>DR.
