Se  toma examen micologico y se aprecian multitud de Hifas por lo que se establece  terapia con terbinafina oral&#8230;&#8230; durante 2 semanas y terbinafina topica durante  tres semanas.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>A las cuatro semanas del inicio del  tratamiento regresa presenta peque\u00f1a zona eritematosa descamativa en mejilla  izquierda.
