Eritema nudoso<\/p>\n<p>3. Alopecia difusa<\/p>\n<p>4. Maculas hipercr\u00f3micas&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Post-inflamatoria<\/p>\n<p>Se indican<\/p>\n<p>Esteroides t\u00f3picos<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;&nbsp; Minoxidil<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ac. nodoso + M\u00e1cula hipocromica disest\u00e9sica<\/p>\n<p>Podr\u00edamos pensar en Lepra Indeterminada<\/p>\n<p>Pero con TAC de t\u00f3rax Patol\u00f3gica y PPD + en : TBC pulmonar<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s Alopecia difusa +P\u00e9rdida de peso, intranquilidad<\/p>\n<p>Bocio difuso en Tiroiditis autoinmune con vitiligo<\/p>\n<p>Por lo que nos preguntamos<\/p>\n<p>1.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; \u00bf;La paciente es portadora de lepra y tuberculosis?<\/p>\n<p>2.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; \u00bf;La paciente debe recibir Tto para TBC?<\/p>\n<p>3.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Todas las patolog\u00edas son desencadenantes&nbsp; de E. nodoso???<\/p>\n<p>4.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Se deben realizar otros estudios&nbsp;
