Ha notado discreto crecimiento, recientemente. <u>Antecedentes:<\/u> Paciente diab\u00e9tico en tratamiento con Bi Eugluc\u00f3n:500 mg\/5 mg (o.d); amlodipina de: 5 mg. o.d para tratamiento de H.A. Present\u00f3 una lesi\u00f3n pigmentada en regi\u00f3n media dorsal, la cual fue extirpada . Ambas histolog\u00edas, tanto de la regi\u00f3n media dorsal como la situada en regi\u00f3n facial, se anexar\u00e1n en el transcurso de la discusi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/piel-l.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/03\/197\/lesion_nodular.jpg\" title=\"lesion_nodular.jpg\" target=\"_blank\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/piel-l.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/03\/197\/lesion_nodular.miniatura.jpg\" alt=\"lesion_nodular.jpg\" \/><\/a> <\/p>\n<p>Despu\u00e9s de observar detenidamente la lesi\u00f3n, por cu\u00e1l de estas opciones se inclinar\u00eda Ud.:<\/p>\n<p>1) MELANOMA MALIGNO NODULAR; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>2) NEVUS MELANOCITICO DE UNNA;<\/p>\n<p>3) NEVUS DE MASSON; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>4) NEVUS DE MIESCHER:<\/p>\n<p>5) NEVUS DE CLARK; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>6) NEVUS DE SPITZ;<\/p>\n<p>7) DERMATOFIBROMA HEMOSIDEROTICO;<\/p>\n<p>8 ) NEVUS MELANOCITICO CONGENITO;<\/p>\n<p>9) QUERATOSIS SEBORREICA IRRITADA;<\/p>\n<p>10) CUALQUIERA OTRA OPCI\u00d3N QUE UD.
