Desafortunadamente, muy pocos alimentos contienen vitamina D y muchos de ellos no son de consumo habitual.<\/p>\n<p>La vitamina D aumenta la salud musculoesquel\u00e9tica y reduce la mortalidad asociada a problemas \u00f3seos en algunos grupos de poblaci\u00f3n, especialmente en los ancianos y otros grupos de riesgo.
