target=\"_blank\">edici\u00f3n 319<\/a>: <br \/>Paciente masculino de 54 a\u00f1os, quien al examen con Videodermatoscopia Digital, se evidenci\u00f3 macula pigmentada de 10 mm localizada en regi\u00f3n escapular derecha (foto 1)<br \/><a href=\"http:\/\/piel-l.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/\/2012\/10\/Foto-1-390x292.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/piel-l.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/\/2012\/10\/Foto-1-390x292.jpg\" width=\"140\" height=\"105\" \/><\/a><br \/>A la dermatoscopia se evidencia entre otras caracter\u00edsticas red de pigmento at\u00edpica y asimetr\u00eda de estructuras (foto 2).<br \/><a href=\"http:\/\/piel-l.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/\/2012\/10\/Foto2-390x292.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/piel-l.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/\/2012\/10\/Foto2-390x292.jpg\" width=\"140\" height=\"105\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Diagn\u00f3stico<\/strong>:<br \/>NEVUS DISPLASICO SEVERO\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Discusi\u00f3n<\/strong>:<br \/><em>En este caso lo que llama la atenci\u00f3n desde el punto de vista dermatosc\u00f3pico es la asimetr\u00eda, la red de pigmento se vuelve irregular en algunas zonas, formando inclusive lo que se denomina manchas de pigmento o blotches, los cuales al no ser centrales pudiesen indicar displasia, tambi\u00e9n hay una zona en la que se observa una tendencia de la red de pigmento a desaparecer lo que pudiese indicar el inicio de un proceso de por presentar peque\u00f1a ulcera ubicada en cara lateral derecha de cuello de 6 meses de evoluci\u00f3n<\/p>\n<p><a
