Ramos M.<\/strong><br \/> <strong>Centro Policl\u00ednico Valencia, La Vi\u00f1a.<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Se trata de paciente femenina de 24 a\u00f1os, natural y procedente de Valle de la Pascua, Estado Gu\u00e1rico, quien es referida a mi consulta por ginec\u00f3logo por presentar dermatosis localizada en regi\u00f3n pubiana, caracterizada por p\u00e1pulas eritematosas, monomorfas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>La paciente es portadora de Lupus Eritematoso Sist\u00e9mico, desde hace 6 a\u00f1os. Esta en tratamiento con Hidroxicloroquina 200 mg d\u00eda y Prednisona 30 mgs d\u00eda.
