Sabaneta de Barinas &#8211; Venezuela<\/strong><\/em><\/span> <!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Paciente de 60 a\u00f1os de edad, fototipo de piel II, quien consulta por p\u00e9rdida de la elasticidad y cambio de color de la piel del cuello con 4 a\u00f1os de evoluci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Examen dermatol\u00f3gico: iel fl\u00e1cida, con zonas amarillentas y otras poiquilodermicas, en la parte inferior del cuello pigmentaci\u00f3n a manera de mugre en forma de collar. Asintom\u00e1tica<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Refiere dos hermanas con problema similar.<\/li>\n<li>Examen f\u00edsico dentro de la normalidad.<\/li>\n<li>Laboratorio convencional dentro de la
