Abril 03, 2013"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Se trata de lactante menor femenina de 7 meses de edad, quien inicia enfermedad actual a los 3 meses, caracterizada por p\u00e1pulas eritematosas, localizadas inicialmente en cuello, que luego aumentan progresivamente de tama\u00f1o hasta hacerse placas y se extienden a t\u00f3rax anterior, posterior y miembros superiores e inferiores; es llevada a pediatra quien indica betametasona y antihistam\u00ednico sin mejor\u00eda.
