N\u00ba 225 Mayo 21, 2013"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Paciente masculino de 6 a\u00f1os de edad, es comocido desde hace 4 a\u00f1os cuado nos consult\u00f3 refiriendo su madre que desde el nacimiento presenta ampollas de diferentes tama\u00f1os y contenido seroso a predominio de extremidades que duran poco tiempo y dejan maculas hipopigmentadas residuales al desaparecer.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Con el tiempo las lesiones predominan en las\u00e1reas de roce; concomitantemente presenta onicodistofia de las 20 u\u00f1as con las alteraciones que se observan en la fotografia en donde lo mas llamativo de las lesiones unguales es la presencia de algunas u\u00f1as de manos con paquioniquia.<\/p>\n<div id='gallery-1' class='gallery galleryid-31407
