En nuestra consulta se toma biopsia incisional y los ex\u00e1menes de laboratorio pertinentes. La histolog\u00eda corresponde a un ca. espinocelular bien diferenciado y el laboratorio es normal. Se ingresa con el fin de realizar ex\u00e9resis y reconstrucci\u00f3n mediante un colgajo axial frontal.
