\/><\/a>\n\t\t\t<\/div><\/figure>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\n<p><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>DISCUSI\u00d3N<\/b> <b><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Larva migrans cut\u00e1nea\u00a0 es infestaci\u00f3n de la piel por larvas de helmintos.<\/p>\n<p>Se caracteriza por lesiones serpiginosas que avanzan por uno de sus extremos.<\/p>\n<p>Es end\u00e9mico en las \u00e1reas tropicales y subtropicales del tercer mundo, si bien su frecuencia ha ido aumentando en los pa\u00edses desarrollados a medida que la posibilidad de viajar a estas zonas geogr\u00e1ficas se ha incrementado.<\/p>\n<p>Etiolog\u00eda: contacto con larvas de ciertos nematodos que parasitan animales.<\/p>\n<p>El par\u00e1sito m\u00e1s com\u00fanmente implicado es el Ancylostoma braziliense (de perros, gatos y felinos).<\/p>\n<p>A. caninum (de perros, en Am\u00e9rica)A. ceylonicum, A. tubaeforme (de perros y gatos), Uncinaria stenocephala (de perros, en Europa), Bunostomum phlebotomum (del ganado vacuno), Gnastostoma spinigerum, e hispidum (de gatos, perros, cerdos y felinos) y Pelotera strongyloides. Adem\u00e1s puede ser producida por larvas de A. duodenale y Necator americanus.<\/p>\n<p>Tratamiento:<\/p>\n<p>Albendazol 400mg dosis \u00fanica<\/p>\n<p>Ivermectina 12mg dosis \u00fanica<\/p>\n<p>En el caso presentado el paciente recibe tratamiento con excelente evoluci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>REFERENCIAS<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Knight R.
