Milella por un carcinoma basocelular en el p\u00e1rpado superior<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Bajo anestesia local infiltrativa se resec\u00f3 la neoplasia y el defecto<\/p>\n<p>Se cubri\u00f3 con un colgajo de transposici\u00f3n tomado del p\u00e1rpado inferior.
