\/>A. personales: parapl\u00e9jico por balazo m\u00e9dula espinal desde hace 6 meses<br \/>Lesi\u00f3n cut\u00e1nea 24 hrs de evoluci\u00f3n<\/p>\n<p><strong>CASO CLINICO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Fuimos llamados para realizar una biopsia de piel por vasculitis, para lo cual\u00a0 ya le hab\u00edan administrado una dosis de\u00a0\u00a0 corticosteroides.<\/p>\n<p>Dermatosis localizada a miembros interiores de las que afecta cara interna de rodillas, cara anterior<br \/>de piernas , bordes laterales\u00a0 y dorso de pies constituida por manchas eritematosas\u00a0 que no desaparecen a la
