N\u00ba 240 Septiembre 19, 2013"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Se evalu\u00f3 el 5 de septiembre 2013 a la paciente femenina de 6 a\u00f1os de edad, por presentar desde hace aproximadamente 2 a\u00f1os erupci\u00f3n p\u00e1pulo escamosa extensa, localizada en cara , tronco y extremidades llamando la atenci\u00f3n el mayor compromiso palmo plantar bilateral y sim\u00e9trico, con queratoderma palmo , metotrexate sin mejor\u00eda, motivo por el cual nos<\/li>\n<li>consulta para evaluaci\u00f3n y tratamiento<\/li>\n<li>El resto del examen f\u00edsico y control de laboratorio son normales<\/li>\n<li>La biopsia reporta Dermatitis Psoriasiforme .<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cual es su diagn\u00f3stico ?.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Que tratamiento indicar\u00eda
