Los autores son Lindenberg JJ, Oosterhoff D, Sombroek CC, Lougheed SM, Hooijberg E, Stam AG, Santegoets SJ, Tijssen HJ, Buter J, Pinedo HM, van den Eertwegh AJ, Scheper RJ, Koenen HJ, van de Ven R, de Gruijl TD.<img decoding=\"async\" title=\"M\u00e1s...\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/piel-l.org\/blog\/wp-includes\/js\/tinymce\/plugins\/wordpress\/img\/trans.gif\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n[dl url=\u00bbhttp:\/\/piel-l.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/\/2014\/01\/Lindenberg-et-al-2013-IL-10-affects-DC-migration-Tcell-differentation.pdf\u00bb title=\u00bbDESCARGAR\u00bb desc=\u00bbArticulo Original\u00bb type=\u00bbpdf\u00bb align=\u00bbleft\u00bb]\n<p>Los pacientes con c\u00e1ncer se caracterizan por tener una supresi\u00f3n sist\u00e9mica de la diferenciaci\u00f3n y maduraci\u00f3n de las c\u00e9lulas dendr\u00edticas (CDs), la cual puede hacer ineficaz cualquier tipo de vacuna o tratamiento.<\/p>\n<p>El objetivo de el estudio fue caracterizar los subtipos de CDs que emigran de la piel humana acondicionada o no con citocinas y evaluar como su migraci\u00f3n o capacidad de activar linfocitos T se ven alterados.<\/p>\n<p>Se utiliz\u00f3 un modelo de explante cut\u00e1neo y citometr\u00eda de 4 colores y se identificaron c\u00e9lulas de Langerhans emigrante y cinco tipos de dendrocitos d\u00e9rmicos en diferentes etapas de maduraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Los resultados mostraron que entre varias citocinas supresoras, la IL-10 sobresali\u00f3 al inducir la migraci\u00f3n de CDs inmaduras CD14+ CD141+ DCSIGN+ con poca expresi\u00f3n de factores de coestimulaci\u00f3n y la sobre-expresi\u00f3n de mol\u00e9culas coinhibidoras PD-L1 y CD163. Un subgrupo de CDs similar se observ\u00f3\u00a0 en explantes proveniente de los alrededores de tumores de mama.<\/p>\n<p>Cuando la migraci\u00f3n fue de CL maduras CD1a+ se asoci\u00f3 con secreci\u00f3n de IL-12p70 y expansi\u00f3n de Th1. Por su parte, cuando la migraci\u00f3n fue de DDC inmaduros CD14+ se asoci\u00f3 con secreci\u00f3n de IL-10 y expansi\u00f3n de T CD8+ memoria espec\u00edfica que favoreci\u00f3 la producci\u00f3n de FoxP3 e IL-10 y la diferenciaci\u00f3n y proliferaci\u00f3n de Treg.\u00a0 La IL-10 favorece la migraci\u00f3n de CDs inmaduras que inducen tolerancia de linfocitos T.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Presentaci\u00f3n de ficha bibliogr\u00e1fica del Prof. Felix J.
