Las lesiones son de variada \u00edndole predominando las placas eritemato escamosas alternadas con algunas costras hemorr\u00e1gico-necr\u00f3ticas. Buen estado general, no adenopat\u00edas, resto del examen f\u00edsico normal. Hemograma, VDRL, ANA, C3, C4 normales o negativos.
