Venezuela.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Paciente de 13 a\u00f1os de edad, natural y procedente de Guanare (Edo Portuguesa) quien es referido por Pediatra\u00a0 por tumoraci\u00f3n verrugosa en tercio superior del dorso desde la infancia.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><br \/>\nRefiere la madre que la patolog\u00eda aparece a los 4 a\u00f1os de edad en forma de placa p\u00e1pulo-nodular, verrugosa, blanda, ligeramente ovalada, con longitud mayor transversal al eje mayor del cuerpo, localizada en el tercio superior del dorso del cuerpo, configurando un tumoraci\u00f3n que a trav\u00e9s de la ropa se nota como una promontorio grande que preocupa a la adolescente la obliga a adoptar posiciones incorrecta y el uso de cabellos largos y ropa que le ayuda a disimular el promontorio o pseudo-joroba.<\/p>\n<p>(Favor
