#252324;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #222222;\">Diagn\u00f3stico: Nevus Melanocitico Compuesto<\/span><\/strong><br style=\"color: #222222;\" \/><br style=\"color: #222222;\" \/><span style=\"color: #222222;\">Discusi\u00f3n: si bien esta lesi\u00f3n en el centro presenta compromiso de la cresta y de los acrosiringios, hacia la periferia persiste el pigmento predominando en los surcos, esto es frecuente en este tipo de nevus, pero la edad del paciente y la aparici\u00f3n reciente de la lesi\u00f3n gener\u00f3 en mi suficientes dudas como para tomar la muestra para la
