Valencia, Venezuela<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Paciente masculino de 30 a\u00f1os de edad con trisom\u00eda del par 21 y atleta de alta competencia que acude a dermat\u00f3logo por presentar onicolis en pulgar derecho con abundante hiperqueratosis subungular que se extiende al pulpejo de aspecto verrucoide y lesi\u00f3n sat\u00e9lite en la segunda falange caracterizada por placa hiperquerat\u00f3sica con costras adherentes poco pruriginosa de aproximadamente 1,5 cm de di\u00e1metro ambas de 2 meses de evoluci\u00f3n. Concomitantemente presenta leve hiperqueratosis en bordes proximal y lateral del resto de las u\u00f1as y en algunas presencia de pitting. Por estas lesiones se le indica estudio microbiol\u00f3gico para su evaluaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 diagn\u00f3sticos presuntivos considera usted plantear?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En la
