Se produce por la incrustaci\u00f3n de fragmentos de pelo en la piel. La ubicaci\u00f3n periungueal en esta dermatosis ocupacional,&nbsp; es rara . Los espacios interdigitales de las manos de barberos son la ubicaci\u00f3n frecuente. La dermatoscopia permite la magnificaci\u00f3n marcada de las lesiones logrando asi un diagn\u00f3stico m\u00e1s certero. Se describe el caso de un barbero que presenta este inusual proceso.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--> Palabras clave: Enfermedad de los barberos. Seno pilonidal en barberos. Ubicaci\u00f3n periungueal. Dermatoscopia.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Barber&#39;s hair disease is the acquired version of the congenital or postnatal pilonidal sinus. This problem occur because hair&#39;s fragment inlay into the skin. The periungueal location in this occupational dermatosis is rare. The interdigital web spaces of barber&#39;s hands are the usual location. Dermatoscopy allow magnify the lesions and in this way a better diagnosis. It&#39;s&nbsp; describe a barber patient with this inusual disease. Key Words: Barber&#39;s disease. Barber&#39;s hair sinus. Periungueal location.
