DEL CASO PRESENTADO EN LA EDICI\u00d3N N&deg; 153 DE PIEL -LATINOAMERICANA DEL VIERNES  04-05-2007: <a href=\"http:\/\/piel-l.org\/blog\/\/?p=390\" title=\"Permanent Link to Consulta por presentar desde hace 2 semanas lesiones\" rel=\"bookmark\">Consulta por presentar desde hace 2 semanas lesiones<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Diagn\u00f3stico: Dermatitis at\u00f3pica moderada<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con Hanifin y Rajka, cumple con:<\/p>\n<p>Tres(3) criterios mayores, a saber:<\/p>\n<p><!--more--> <\/p>\n<p>-Prurito<\/p>\n<p>-Morfolog\u00eda y distribuci\u00f3n t\u00edpica<\/p>\n<p>-Historia personal de atopia y<\/p>\n<p>Seis (6)  criterios menores, a saber:<\/p>\n<p>-Xerosis<\/p>\n<p>-Pliegue infraorbitario de Dennie Morgan<\/p>\n<p>-Oscurecimiento orbitario<\/p>\n<p>-Palidez facial<\/p>\n<p>-Prurito y sudoraci\u00f3n<\/p>\n<p>-Intolerancia a los solventes<\/p>\n<p>Otros criterios menores:<\/p>\n<p>-Dermatitis de la cara anterior de la mu\u00f1eca<\/p>\n<p>-Dermatitis de los p\u00e1rpados.<\/p>\n<p>Tratamiento: Medidas Generales- Tacrolimus (ung) 0.03%, una vez al d\u00eda- Aceponato de metilprednisolona(crema) una vez al d\u00eda-Cetirizina, una (l) c\u00e1psula diaria por 10 d\u00edas,  Crema hidratante.<\/p>\n<p>Evoluci\u00f3n: Mejor\u00eda evidente a los 7 d\u00edas.<\/p>\n<p>Resoluci\u00f3n  a los 14 d\u00edas, con hiperpigmentaci\u00f3n residual; s\u00f3lo se mantiene con crema hidratante.<\/p>\n<p>Nueva evoluci\u00f3n, a los 38 d\u00edas, s\u00f3lo persiste una ligera xerosis.<\/p>\n<p>Saludos!<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>RESPUESTA DE LA AUTORA (Dra.
