Las lesiones bucales son las primeras en aparecer y se caracterizan por ves\u00edculas que se rompen y dejan \u00falceras dolorosas. Luego, el mismo tipo de lesiones afectan las extremidades (manos y pies). El cuadro se acompa\u00f1a con fiebre, adenopat\u00eda, mialgia, inclusive n\u00e1useas y v\u00f3mitos. ?En casos muy severos hay compromisos sist\u00e9micos importantes.
