Nisa Valentina Morante.<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Dr. Jaime Piquero M.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Se trata de una paciente de 56 a\u00f1os de edad que le consult\u00f3 al Dr. Piquero por presentar una lesi\u00f3n en la comisura bucal izquierda y en la mucosa del carrillo del mismo lado de tres a\u00f1os de evoluci\u00f3n. No hab\u00eda recibido atenci\u00f3n previa por tal lesi\u00f3n. No hay antecedentes familiares o personales de inter\u00e9s. Se tom\u00f3 biopsia insicional que fue reportada como\u00a8carcinoma verrugoso\u00a8. Fue referida al cirujano onc\u00f3logo y luego a la consulta del Dr. Sardi. Se solicitan los ex\u00e1menes de laboratorio preoperatorios que resultaron normales.
