Goihman)<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Piel Latinoamericana recomienda la lectura de toda la revista, la cual representa lo que somos y donde estamos como especialidad<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cSin embargo, estos tambi\u00e9n son tiempos en que en ciencia, medicina y dermatolog\u00eda, al menos, parecen no tener un objetivo definido. Es un per\u00edodo de ego\u00edsmo y muerte o sue\u00f1o de objetivos preciados previamente. Entre ellos se encuentran la paz mundial (en oposici\u00f3n a una inc\u00f3moda falta de guerra sin cuartel), la salud mundial, una organizaci\u00f3n efectiva de las Naciones Unidas y un orden humano planetario. Viejas rivalidades y fanatismos renacen o se reactivan.
