Adicionalmente, estos autores postulan que la enzima-convertidora de la angiotensina 2 (en ingl\u00e9s, ACE2), as\u00ed como las glicoprote\u00ednas CD44 e integrina ?<span class=\"s1\"><sub>1<\/sub><\/span>, todas ellas localizadas en la superficie endotelial, podr\u00edan generar una \u201cred\u201d conocida como red-galectina-glicano (en ingl\u00e9s Gal-glycan lattice) sobre la superficie del virus y la c\u00e9lula endotelial.
