A veces se identifican tallos pilosos cortados transversalmente en el interior del quiste. A partir de la estructura central se prolongan radialmente unos fol\u00edculos vellosos relativamente bien desarrollados y, en ocasiones, con formas extra\u00f1as . Los fol\u00edculos suelen presentar un bulbo y una papila, y demuestran diferenciaci\u00f3n \u00edstmica y de la vaina interna y externa.
