 COLOMBIA <\/p>\n<p>Se trata de una mujer de 74 a\u00f1os, quien desde hace 10 a\u00f1os  ha notado la aparicion de unos mamelones en encias y labios superiores e  inferiores que han destruido la arquitectura de la boca, y que en el momento le  incomodan para la articulacion de las palabras y para comer.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><!--more--> <\/p>\n<p>Las lesiones  no son dolorosas, ni sangran y han progresado de forma muy lenta.&nbsp;
