Se\u00f1ora del Pilar\/Barinas\/Venezuela<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>(Referido por pediatra nefr\u00f3logo, por erupci\u00f3n  eritemato reticulada en cara y tronco, m\u00e1culas pigmentadas, p\u00e1pulas eritemato-pigmentadas  generalizadas)<\/em><br \/>\nMasculino. Hijo \u00fanico. 1  a\u00f1o y 7 meses de edad. Presenta eritema reticulado  en cara, cuello, tercio  superior del  dorso y antebrazos; p\u00e1pulas eritematosas que se disponen en forma  reticulada,  p\u00e1pulas pigmentadas (marr\u00f3n  claro) m\u00e1culas hipercr\u00f3micas, generalizadas en tronco y extremidades,  con 7 meses de evoluci\u00f3n;  desde hace 15 d\u00edas aparici\u00f3n abrupta de  p\u00e1pulas blandas, p\u00e1pulo-ves\u00edculas marr\u00f3n claro en cara y regi\u00f3n cervical, las  lesiones se exacerban con el llanto.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><em><br \/>\n<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>(Favor ver foto cl\u00ednica Al examen f\u00edsico dentro de la  normalidad, no se palpan hepato-esplenomegalia.
