Una segunda biopsia tomada 10 d\u00edas despu\u00e9s donde se aprecia zonas de   vacuolizaci\u00f3n de la camada basal y epidermotropismo de linfocitos peque\u00f1os   agrupados y alineados. En dermis papilar y reticular superior infiltrado   discreto linfocitario perivascular, moderada hialinizacion del colageno.   Focalmente vasos dilatados, proliferados y congestos con extravasamoento de   hemacias. Los linfocitos observados en la epidermis son peque\u00f1os y algunos con   n\u00facleo arri\u00f1onado. Diagnostico histopatologico: Dermatitis\u00a0 liquenoide con linfocitos at\u00edpicos y   epidermotropismo.
