Consulta por tumefacci\u00f3n en cara ventral de lengua, con aspecto &quot;vascular&quot;, superficie lisa, translucida y azulada en algunas \u00e1reas, drena l\u00edquido claro y sanguinolento. 8 meses de evoluci\u00f3n . Fue intervenida hace 2 meses. Recidiva actual, por ello consulta. Asintom\u00e1tica.
