Caracas Venezuela.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Masculino de  63 a\u00f1os,  Natural y procedente: Caracas.<\/p>\n<p>Antecedentes familiares: Niega<\/p>\n<p>Antecedentes personales: no contributorios<\/p>\n<p>Motivo de consulta: Paciente  remitido del servicio de sanidad con Dx de VPH, el paciente presentaba cuadro de tres meses de evoluci\u00f3n consistente en la aparici\u00f3n de lesiones tipo p\u00e1pulas que al coalescer forman placas verruciformes de crecimiento lento y progresivo en regi\u00f3n perianal .<\/p>\n<p><!--more--> <\/p>\n<p>Paracl\u00ednicos al ingreso:  Hematolog\u00eda completa:  Hb 10.9 g\/dl, GB:9.300 uL,      Plaquetas 357.000 Ul , VSG 12 mm\/h. Qu\u00edmica sangu\u00ednea: D.L.N,  Funcionalismo hepatico y renal:  Sin alteraciones.
