De por sí es apabullante la clasificación de enfermedades mentales y si se toma en cuenta que gran parte de los pacientes dermatológicos consultan con cierto grado de ansiedad (prurito, cancerofobia, autoimagen)la detección de un franco sustrato neuropsiquiátrico nos tienta a prescribir psicotrópicos con resultados variables. No está por eso de más adentrarse en estas cuestiones que ya resultan cotidianas. GRACIAS.

El comentario: Las Psicodermatosis son cada vez mas frecuentes y nos vemos tentados a prescribir psicotrópicos con resultados variables por lo que resultan muy útiles este tipo de publicaciones.
